Thank you for visiting and shopping at Maheen.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receipt, or within the lead time specifically mentioned for the product on the website. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we may contact you via email or phone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping

Shipping is Free for all articles within India.

Prices mentioned against each item are the final cost to the buyer – there are no hidden costs.

Prices quoted in Rupees are valid for delivery within India only.

Delivery to Remote Locations not serviced by courier will be shipped through India Post, at the sole discretion of Maheen.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is presently not available.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Period of Delivery

The normal period for courier delivery to is between 2 to 5 business days of shipment. However, Maheen does not guarantee any time limit of delivery. In odd instances, a consignment may be delayed due to extraneous circumstances such as, Flight delays, remote locations, etc.

Delivery of orders shipped through India Post is expected within 10 to 15 days.

Taxes

Prices quoted in your shopping cart are inclusive of GST.

Damages

Maheen is fully committed to the safe and timely delivery of your order. In case of any damage to the ordered items in transit, contact us with the order details immediately. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods for inspection by the insurance company.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the courier. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

Maheen will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

International Shipping

  • Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order and are applicable over and above the shipping charges paid at checkout.
  • The deliveries are dispatched to the shipping address recorded at checkout.
  • Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry, and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported.
  • Customers to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of order delivery. If a customer refuses to pay these charges and therefore delivery is not possible, no refunds will be entertained. You may refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.
  • All orders are processed from our warehouse in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Tracking And Delivery

  • Post shipping, the details of tracking number and information of the shipping agency will be shared via email.
  • Orders can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping partner’s website.
  • Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three (3) times before its returned to us. In case it is returned to us after 3 attempts, no refunds will be entertained. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.
  • Please ensure the complete shipping address including zip code and a mobile number to ensure hassle free delivery.
  • In case of failure to deliver due to incorrect details, no refunds will be entertained. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.

Modes Of Payment

  • For Domestic orders, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express), Net Banking options across major banks as well as recognized Wallet & UPI options.
  • For all International transactions, we accept major Credit Cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) as well as payments vide PayPal and PayU (third party payment gateways).
  • American Express credit cards may not be accepted for some transactions, due to some technical issue with our payment partners. However, American Express card transactions can be routed through PayPal accounts.
  • Please Note: As per RBI regulations in India, all credit and debit cards issued in Indian Territory cannot be used for transactions in international currency by default unless overridden by the card holder explicitly with the bank.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
